Also, see the customer&#8217;s details, such as name, email address, office address, and any other saved information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You need to install the <a href=\"https:\/\/akaunting.com\/apps\/customer-statement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Customer Statement app<\/a> to get the Customer Statement report. After installation,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to<strong> Sales<\/strong> on the Navigation Menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Customers<\/strong> from the expanded menu options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click a customer you wish to generate a customer statement for<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" controls src=\"https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/11165601\/customer-statement-v2.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the Customer detail page, Click Statement at the top right corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pick a <strong>Date range<\/strong> for the customer statement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on Send Email at the top right corner if you wish to send the Customer statement to the customer.
