You can track the activity log of a company, send emails, schedule meetings, add contacts and set a default currency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adding a company in CRM:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>CRM<\/strong> on the Navigation Menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" controls src=\"https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/20143641\/new-companies.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select <strong>Companies<\/strong> from the dropdown options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>New Company<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the Company&#8217;s <strong>General<\/strong> information &#8211; <strong>Name<\/strong>, <strong>Photo<\/strong>, <strong>Email<\/strong>, <strong>Phone number<\/strong>, <strong>Website,<\/strong> etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define the Company&#8217;s CRM information in the <strong>CRM Contact<\/strong> section &#8211; <strong>Company&#8217;s contact person<\/strong>, <strong>Acquisition stage<\/strong>, <strong>Owner of contact<\/strong>, <strong>Source<\/strong>, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the <strong>Billing<\/strong> and <strong>Address<\/strong> details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>On Akaunting&#8217;s CRM, a Contact differs from a Company. Multiple contacts can be created and added to a company. The company captures information about your team and other information, such as the tax number and address.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Importing Companies<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to <strong>CRM<\/strong> on the Navigation Menu and select <strong>Companies<\/strong> from the dropdown options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" controls src=\"https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/20143705\/import-companies.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select Import Company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The allowed file types are XLS and XLSX. You are only allowed a maximum of 500 rows.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Download the sample file to fill in your data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The sample file has tabs for contacts, company contacts, emails, notes, schedules, logs, and tasks.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upload the file to Akaunting after updating the file with company data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Import<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Add companies to CRM.
