See how to<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-light-green-cyan-color\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/akaunting.com\/hc\/docs\/apps-and-integrations\/installing-an-app\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Install<\/a> <\/mark>or<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-light-green-cyan-color\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/akaunting.com\/hc\/docs\/apps-and-integrations\/purchasing-an-app\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Purchase<\/a> <\/mark>an app on Akaunting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manually Importing Bank Transactions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Banking<\/strong> on the <strong>Navigation menu<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>MT940\/OFX Import<\/strong> from the expanded options.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" controls src=\"https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/13163019\/ofx-import.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>OFX (Open Financial Exchange) and MT940 (Message Type 940) are text files containing financial data. Banks allow the downloading of bank statements in this format.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Depending on your region, the bank could use the OFX or MT940 file format.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the MT940\/OFX Import page, Select the Account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the MT940\/OFX Import box to upload an MT940\/OFX file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>You could also request this file from your Bank.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click <strong>Save.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait for a few seconds. This may vary depending on the size of the data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imported Bank transactions are available in the Transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automatic Bank Feeds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also auto-sync your bank transactions using Bank Feeds.
