You can Enable, Disable, View, Edit, Print, Download, Cancel, or Delete Transfer Orders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Managing transfer orders is only available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/akaunting.com\/apps\/inventory\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Inventory app<\/a> (<code><em>Check out how to <a href=\"https:\/\/akaunting.com\/hc\/docs\/apps-and-integrations\/installing-an-app\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Install<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/akaunting.com\/hc\/docs\/apps-and-integrations\/purchasing-an-app\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Purchase<\/a> an app<\/em><\/code>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Managing Transfer Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"#editing\">Editing a Transfer order<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#changestatus\">Changing the status of a Transfer order<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"editing\">Editing a Transfer Order:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Inventory<\/strong> on the Navigation Menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" controls src=\"https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/14143721\/editing-a-transfer-order.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select <strong>Transfer Order<\/strong> from the expanded menu options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the Transfer Order page, hover over a Transfer for the options to View, Edit, Print, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Edit.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can make changes to the General and Items fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"changestatus\"><strong>Changing the Status of a Transfer Order:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you create a Transfer Order, the default status is Draft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/14143647\/transferred-1024x576.png\" alt=\"Managing Transfer Orders\" class=\"wp-image-1316\" srcset=\"https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/14143647\/transferred-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/14143647\/transferred-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/14143647\/transferred-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/14143647\/transferred-1536x864.png 1536w, https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/14143647\/transferred.png 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click a Transfer Order from the list to view the details page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Transfer Order Details page has the following options:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Create<\/strong>: Edit the Transfer Order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ready to Transfer<\/strong>: Click <strong>Ready<\/strong> to update the status to Ready.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In Transfer<\/strong>: Click <strong>In Transfer <\/strong>to update the Status to In Transfer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transferred<\/strong>: Click <strong>Transferred <\/strong>to confirm the completion of the Transfer and update the status accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access more options by Clicking the ellipses menu icon <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"25\" height=\"18\" class=\"wp-image-574\" style=\"width: 25px;\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/06155359\/Screenshot-2023-04-06-at-15.52.49.png\" alt=\"ellipses menu icon\" srcset=\"https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/06155359\/Screenshot-2023-04-06-at-15.52.49.png 52w, https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/06155359\/Screenshot-2023-04-06-at-15.52.49-50x38.png 50w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 25px) 100vw, 25px\" \/> at the top right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can <strong>Print<\/strong>, <strong>Download PDF<\/strong> or <strong>Delete<\/strong> a Transfer Order.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The transfer order page shows a summary of transfer orders and their statuses.
