It summarizes a company&#8217;s assets, liabilities, and equity and provides an overview of its financial health and stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Balance Sheet in Akaunting typically includes the following components:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Assets<\/strong>: This section includes all the resources owned by your company, such as cash, accounts receivable, inventory, and fixed assets like property, plant, and equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Liabilities<\/strong>: This section includes all the debts owed by your company, such as accounts payable, loans, and other financial obligations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Equity<\/strong>: This section includes the difference between your company&#8217;s assets and liabilities, also known as the company&#8217;s net worth.
