You can also <a href=\"https:\/\/akaunting.com\/hc\/docs\/getting-started\/plans\/changing-your-pricing-plan\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">downgrade to a lower plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Make sure to back up or download your data before you cancel any plan. Failure to do so will result in the loss of all business data.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Canceling a Plan:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access your Account Dashboard from the website by clicking your profile initials in the top corner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1690\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 2880 \/ 1690;\" width=\"2880\" controls src=\"https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2024\/10\/16162211\/cancel-plan.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select Subscriptions from the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the Subscriptions page, find the Plan to which you are subscribed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Details<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down and click <strong>Cancel Subscription<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the reason(s) for canceling and click <strong>Confirm<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your plan is canceled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Return to the <strong>Subscriptions<\/strong> page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1690\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 2880 \/ 1690;\" width=\"2880\" controls src=\"https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2024\/10\/16162349\/delete-card.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click <strong>My Cards<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On My Cards page, you&#8217;ll see a list of your cards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the trash icon on the listed card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter a reason for deleting with an explanation and click <strong>Confirm<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your card is deleted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After this action, you can no longer access Akaunting&#8217;s features or your data.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If for any reason you do not wish to use Akaunting anymore, you have to option of canceling a plan.
