Managing your business finance how you want it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Migrating to Akaunting from Zoho Books<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following steps will help you successfully move your business data from Zoho Books to Akaunting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" controls src=\"https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/05171338\/zohobooks.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/akaunting.com\/hc\/docs\/getting-started\/setting-up-akaunting-cloud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Create an account on Akaunting.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Login to your company dashboard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>Apps<\/strong> on the Navigation Menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search for <strong>Zoho<\/strong> in the App Store and Install the <a href=\"https:\/\/akaunting.com\/apps\/zohobooks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zoho Books Migration App<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After Installation, go to settings on <strong>Side Panel <\/strong>and select Zoho Books.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You should log in to your Zoho Books account from the Migration App dashboard by clicking on &#8220;Auth&#8221; and entering the required account details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Migrating as an Akaunting on-premise user<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;ve installed Akaunting on-premise on your server, apply the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sign in to Zoho Books.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/api-console.zoho.com\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/api-console.zoho.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Add Client&nbsp;<\/strong>and select&nbsp;<strong>Server-Based Application.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter&nbsp;app details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the <strong>Redirect URL: s<\/strong>&nbsp;The Redirect URL is something like this:&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/your-akaunting-path.com\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/your-akaunting-path.com\/<\/a>zohobooks\/auth (needs to end with \/zohobooks\/auth)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Create.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In the Settings&nbsp;<\/strong>tab, select<strong>&nbsp;Use the same OAuth credentials for all data centers.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy&nbsp;<strong>Client ID<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Client Secret<\/strong>&nbsp;to Akaunting &gt; Settings &gt; Zohobooks&nbsp;page and&nbsp;<strong>Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Zoho Books Migration App allows you to import your:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transactions (income &amp; expense)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chart of accounts (double-entry app)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit notes (credit debit notes app)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invoices (recurring also)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Journals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purchase order (sales purchase orders app)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taxes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zoho Books is quite okay.
