{"id":501,"date":"2023-04-05T17:31:04","date_gmt":"2023-04-05T14:31:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/akaunting.com\/hc\/docs\/getting-started\/plans\/changing-your-pricing-plan\/"},"modified":"2024-12-16T13:59:42","modified_gmt":"2024-12-16T10:59:42","slug":"changing-your-pricing-plan","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/akaunting.com\/hc\/docs\/getting-started\/plans\/changing-your-pricing-plan\/","title":{"rendered":"Changing Your Pricing Plan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>If you are subscribed to Akaunting&#8217;s <strong>Standard Cloud<\/strong>, you can access all paid\/unpaid featured apps except the Double-Entry, Bank Feeds, Expense Claims, and Roles &amp; Permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mentioned apps are only available on the Premium Cloud and higher plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Upgrading Your Akaunting Plan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To upgrade your plan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login to your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to your <a href=\"https:\/\/akaunting.com\/dashboard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Account dashboard<\/a> or Click the profile icon <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"25\" height=\"24\" class=\"wp-image-869\" style=\"width: 25px;\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/11124522\/Screenshot-2023-04-11-at-12.44.56.png\" alt=\"profile icon\" srcset=\"https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/11124522\/Screenshot-2023-04-11-at-12.44.56.png 37w, https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/11124522\/Screenshot-2023-04-11-at-12.44.56-16x16.png 16w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 25px) 100vw, 25px\" \/> in the top right corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on Subscriptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the subscriptions page, find your current plan and click &#8220;<strong>Upgrade to&#8230;<\/strong>&#8220;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proceed to the payment page and confirm payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New apps are available for Installation based on the upgraded plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Downgrading Your Akaunting Plan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to downgrade your plan, kindly note that certain apps available on your present plan will no longer be installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will have to repurchase these apps from the <a href=\"https:\/\/akaunting.com\/apps\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">store<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To downgrade your plan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login to your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to your <a href=\"https:\/\/akaunting.com\/dashboard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Account dashboard<\/a> or Click the profile icon at the top right corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on Subscriptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the subscriptions page, find your current plan and click on <strong>Details.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down the <strong>Details<\/strong> page and click on <strong>Cancel Subscription.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;ll be asked the reason for cancellation on a pop-up screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your reason and <strong>Confirm.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return to the <a href=\"https:\/\/akaunting.com\/plans\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Plans page<\/a> to subscribe to your preferred downgrade plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><code><em>Except for the <\/em><strong><em>Ultimate Cloud plan<\/em><\/strong><em>, every plan has Invoice, Company and User limits.<\/em><\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><code><em>If your Invoices, Companies or Users exceed the number allowed in the downgrade plan, ensure you delete the excesses before downgrading.<\/em><\/code><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you are subscribed to Akaunting&#8217;s Standard Cloud, you can access all paid\/unpaid featured apps except the Double-Entry, Bank Feeds, Expense Claims, and Roles &amp; Permissions.
