You can assign a role (manager, accountant, employee) to a profile if you manage multiple companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, you can set a default dashboard and language on the profile page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Plans<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can access the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.clickup.com\/4755221\/v\/dc\/4h3rn-18421\/4h3rn-133080\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Akaunting pricing plans<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Users<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Invite users to your company as managers, accountants, or employees and control the dashboards each can access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the Standard plan, you can only invite one person &#8211; an accountant, manager, customer or employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Roles<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Four default roles on the Akaunting Standard plan are Accountant, Customer, Employee, and Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" controls src=\"https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/06144644\/sidebar.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each role has a set of predefined permissions by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/akaunting.com\/hc\/docs\/users-and-roles\/roles-and-permission-levels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Check out all the Roles and Permission levels<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, you can define permissions by clicking each role and checking the relevant boxes for each permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Two Factor Authentication<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Two Factor Authentication (2FA) protects your account from unauthorized access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To set up a 2FA login process on Akaunting, you need the Google Authenticator app on your smartphone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Install the Google Auth App from your smartphone&#8217;s app store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then, click on <strong>Generate Two Factor Authentication code<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scan the barcode or enter the alphanumeric code displayed on Akaunting into the Google Authenticator app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enter the automatically generated pin from the App and click on <strong>Enable 2FA.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You&#8217;ll be requested to enter a 2FA pin from the authentication app each time you want to log in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tickets<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Akaunting has a large community of expert developers ready to assist or respond to your questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can submit a ticket by clicking on <strong>New Tickets.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select the App for which you are submitting a ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Define the subject and leave details. Then, <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your tickets are left open until resolved by our team of experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Subscriptions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">See all your app subscriptions and their statuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can take actions like renewing or paying for a subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clicking on a subscription allows you to see details and generate an invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rewards<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Akaunting has a referral program that rewards users who invite up to 5 people to sign-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The reward tab has details of your Referral link and Earnings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can follow the engagement on your Referral link by tracking clicks, sign-ups, and customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sign-ups<\/strong> tell you those who created a company on Akaunting, while <strong>Customers<\/strong> inform you about referrals that purchased an app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Logout<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Log out from your Akaunting account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Notifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">See notifications about updates, new apps, invoices, transactions, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Search<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conduct a local search of your Akaunting account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>New<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Plus+ icon is a shortcut to quickly create new invoices, expenses, bills, transactions, and Manual journals or add customers, vendors, and transfers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Settings<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Settings allow you to make changes and define default settings for your account.
