You can also set the frequency &#8211; weekly, monthly, or annually &#8211; depending on how often they request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" controls src=\"https:\/\/assets.akaunting.com\/hc\/2023\/04\/06163112\/recurring-invoice.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Creating Recurring Invoices;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Sales<\/strong> on the <strong>Navigation Menu<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Invoices<\/strong> from the dropdown options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the Invoices page, switch tabs from Invoices to <strong>Recurring Templates.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>New Recurring Invoice.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the required Company and Billing details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down the page to the Schedule section to define the following:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Repeat this Invoice<\/strong>: This is the frequency with which the Invoice will be generated. The options are <strong>Daily<\/strong>, <strong>Weekly<\/strong>, <strong>Monthly<\/strong>, <strong>Annually<\/strong>, or <strong>Custom<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Create first Invoice on<\/strong>: Choose the date you want to generate the first recurring invoice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>And end<\/strong>: Here, you can define the date you want the last invoice generated. There are three options &#8211; <strong>After<\/strong>, <strong>On,<\/strong> and <strong>Never<\/strong>.
