    this software is a great start, however too many people are asking for way to many very different features. i think a poll needs to be taken on what feature should be implimented next. Then a donation page should be set up and when the limit has been reached with donations then a developer team should be paid from that donation pool to impliment the feature. I am willing to pay for certain features.

    Sounds good. What is the feature list in your mind? Some in mine:


    • Profit & Loss (Income) Statement

    • Tax Report

    • Recurring incomes/expenses

    • Customer/Vendor and Account show/summary page

    First I apreciate all the feed back, but first I wish to address the owners of this software:


    there are a few thing you need to do. First moderate this support forum with user accounts that specify who is a moderator/employee of the software. 


    Second, work on fixing and allow us the users to modify for example the emails and pdf creation, and impliment a search feature in this forum. Example how do we modify the outgoing emails and pdf generation? which files deal with that? no one knows. If you want this software to take off provide some basic support and a detailed description on file modifications.


    Now for this topic, 


    The most important thing to be implimented is a backup and restore feature. 


    2. template modification on emails and pdf creation through the UI.


    3. report generation  with choosable features. 


    I apreciate your feedback, and maybe the users can get together and impliment some  of them ourselfs as a group.

    I might agree with some, it would be great to have the base install as it is but more bug-free in the following releases.  Then the rest can be done by creating modules to add email modification/creation, reports and more.  Even some modules could cost a small one time fee (not montly), with new fee in case of release update or so...


    There are other softwares like Chikitsa (medical stuff) that had implemented this kind of advance/features.


    Agree that develop documentation is little sparse but also can be done by the community (with some hard work effort, that maybe developers will have easy start)
