In indian GST system multiply taxes are applied itemwsie

i.e. line item have two Taxes :

    1. cGST 9 %

    2. sGST 9 %

so, can we have tax slab, which can assign to item/Product.

Under tax slab we add taxes one or more, whenever we assing tax slab to products/item, so assigned taxes rate under that tax slab applied.

    Please impliment feature in future

    Hi Ketan,

Cant you just create a new tax... called for i.e.: "cGST-9% & sGST 9%" or just "cGST&sGST 18%" and in rate you enter 19, so if you want a line/product with that double tax you select it, and if you just need one or another... you also can have those taxes created separatelly?

This was in the Akaunting 1.2 poll but didn't get so many votes.

    Sebastian's suggestion solves your problem.

I'm not sure about in India, but in Canada it's required by law to show the breakdown of each sales tax separately on the invoice/receipt. Since the provinces of British Columbia, Manitoba, Quebec, and Saskatchewan each have two separate sales taxes, multiple taxes per item is necessary.

PS love the product so far!

In India after GST Law it is mandatory to show tax summary.
