Localhost admin login problem

Hello There, I have downloaded akaunting software in my localhost. but the problem is my database when I am going to login with my credential its redirected back to login page. I have manually inserted user email and password. But it did not works properly. If anyone can help me with this issue i will be greatful. thanks
