Deleting a Transaction "unauthorized" for Admin role

Have docker version running. Only have one user which is the admin that set up the instance. I need to remove some transactions but UI reports "unauthorized" when do a bulk delete.

Why is the unathorized and how to I fix this to allow deleting transactions
