Role Permission Error in "Read Admin Panel" checkbox

I want to assign a role to a user where the user shouldn't see the dashboard. I have a requirement for a user who can create new invoices without having to know the total income generated.

When I create a role without "Read Admin Panel" and assign to the user, the user is not able to log in and get the following error,

"The page isn’t redirecting properly

Chrome has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."

and the application becomes inaccessible with the above error until the checkbox for the "Read Admin Panel" is enabled.

Is there any fix for this?

Hi, by mistake i changed the manager role to employee , with limited access and cant change anything , now there is no admin or manager role assigned to any one . How i can reset it and get back the manager role assigned to admin.
