Assigning Role to a user without "Read Admin Panel"

I want to assign a role to user where user shouldn't see the dashboard. I have a requirement for a user who can create new invoices without having to know the total income generated.

When I create a role without "Read Admin Panel" and assign to the user, the user is not able to login and getting the following error,

"The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."

It would be really great if you guys fix this.

Same problem I am having here. Unchecking the "Read Admin Panel" box, the application becomes inaccessible with the following error
"The page isn’t redirecting properly

"Chrome has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."

Is there a fix for this?

Did you manage to fix this issue?

Please after unticking the admin panel, did you specify the new landing page for that user. Because the dashboard is the default landing page for all the roles, but if you created a new role or updated an existing role, you have to make sure that all users in that role have a different landing page, to avoid this error.
