2.1.16 Safari Admin can not log out

Anybody else having an issue with v2.1.16 admin unable to logout? Customer logs out but admin just does not.

This happens in Safari web browser only

Same problem here. It returns to Dashboard (with all information) after clicking logout.
The problem is not only applicable to admin but also the same for a newly added "manager" role user.

Host: Debian10, php7.3
Client: Windows, Chrome (also the same on Edge)

2.1.17 still has the same issue.

Issue tested as solved on 2.1.18 - Logout working fine for both Admin and Manager role users.

Host: Debian10, php7.3
Client: Windows, Chrome
Akaunting: 2.1.18 (webpage online upgraded from 2.1.17)
