Can't proceed admin login after installation

Good day. I need help installing AKAUNTING. I install it in private server using SOFTACULOUS installation. The installation was successful and when I need to log in using admin. I got an login error. I dont know what is it. and how to fix it. Please help me. im only new.

The error says that the system was not able to connect to the database. Please, make sure the database user has full access rights.

can you please help me understand why i am unable to move past the admin section at installation step , i ve added the compnay infor and all , but on clicking "Next" nothing happens
