New Admin User Keeps Getting Created at Every Restart/Start

Hi, I am using docker in unraid for akaunting. Every time I have to restart the container, it creates a new admin user using the default company email settings.

If I set the AKAUNTING_SETUP to false, the container does not connect to the database anymore. If I remove the variable, same issue.
