Same here! I remember this happend in older versions, will look in forum and post back.

OK, not sure sure (the dev might be preciser), but seems its a problem with file permissions. I reach point 2 and there loops, but database is created! if I open again in a fresh browser it starts from point 1, there if I continue it adds the tables again to the database but with different prefix. So, if you get on the loop, I dont know how to solve it but you can edit the .env file and change APP_INSTALLED to true (if it is false) and you will get to the login.
Will try again changing to read write ./config folder and .env if it works I will post back

OK, it worked. I delete the db, restart installation as fresh new. Change permissions for .env ./config/settings.php and ./config/database.php and ./config to 755 and the installation finished correctly (hope its ok this way)

@Sebastian - Thanks for your input. I am having problems finding any .env files within the akounting folders. Where is it located?
