Change password for user except Admin

Can i change password for user role "Manager", i have click button profile but can not change password. Please help me :)

I have the same issue. I created a new user with Manager role but he is not able to changer his password and cannot access to his profile page.
When he clicks on profile and he is redirected to the settings page or homepage.
