Company is all where it starts with Akaunting. Our main goal since the beginning was to make a platform that eases the life of small businesses. We got inspired by the motto: Convenience is King! This is why Akaunting ships with the multi-company feature. Want to manage the money of more than one company? Or do you want to manage the budget of your home and company separately? You’re in the right place.

You can manage the money of unlimited companies from one Akaunting installation and admin panel. Furthermore, there is no need to log in and log out to see the data of different companies, just switch between companies, that’s all.

Everything within Akaunting is company-based, except users. Meaning not only incomes and expenses but also items, bank accounts, categories, tax rates, date format, email settings, etc are different for each company. So when you change the company from the left top select box, all data showing within Akaunting gets changed.

Finally, you can assign different users to different companies to simplify their management experience and have full privacy.
