Problem after 1.1.7-1.1.8 update

Denis Dulici   ( Admin )

We've realized that after updating to Akaunting 1.1.7-1.1.8 version, some systems have failed to load. We immediately stopped the updates and after an intensive research found that there was a problem with a newly implemented library and MyISAM database engine.

Therefore, we're releasing an immediate fix for both old and new updates.

If you've not updated to 1.1.7-1.1.8 yet, all you have to do is to click on the update button from the Update Center.

If you have updated and your system fails to load then please, apply the following steps:

  1. Open your Akaunting in a private/incognito window

  2. Login, you'll see the error page

  3. Paste this link in address bar: your-domain.com/install/updates/update/core/1.1.9

No data loss.

Open your Akaunting in a private window

Did you mean "Incognito window"? I tried, but after login, there is no link ok clickable text. Just show Whoops, looks like something went wrong.

If there any chance to get the previous version?

@Joe: Please, ask your hosting company to increase the memory limit.

@Cihat: Please, use the Türkçe category for Turkish messages.

@others: All you have to is to enter the link in the address bar.

1. After login, it will show "Whoops.."

2. I paste this link in address bar: your-domain.com/install/updates/update/core/1.1.8

3. The new message show:

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Any advice?

Zai, I suppose you don't enter the following right? You should replace it with your domain.

your-domain.com

Yes, i enter with my domain. My domain is officestationery2u.com

I paste this one:

http://officestationery2u.com/akaunting/install/updates/update/core/1.1.8

Is that right?
