I'm happy to announce that we've enabled the Ticket System for app support so in case you have questions and/or problems about the app you've purchased, you can create a ticket to its developer directly. Developers will be notified when they receive a new ticket or reply and can follow the support requests from their own dashboard.
Discussions created for app support will be deleted from the forum.
Thanks Denis, gut how to open ticket? I try and only show "There is a no ticket."
Alex, you should purchase the app in order to open a ticket.
This is a great feature and works great. Much easier to track requests.

What about an option for the core app itself?
As it is now there is no such option to chose from so you cannot create a ticket for it.
There is no core app but you should use the forum for support for Akaunting itself.
What I meant with "core app" was obviously Akaunting itself.
Not all support request issues are suitble for forums as it may involve sensitive infomration that you do not want to expose to the public internet.
Forum is the only suitable solution for free and open source software. Send sensitive information only when you get asked for, directly via email etc.
