Are Apps available for the self-hosted version?

Interested in buying the custom fields add-on but want to be sure that it will be downloadable for installation, not interested in using the cloud version since we have a ton of customizations to make this software useful for us. Thanks in advance!

Thank you, Denis! Great package you're building. Is there anywhere to make a feature request? We need the abilty to attach files to invoices, customers, etc (Signed invoice, signed contracts, etc). We'd even pay for the add-on if you'd like to create this functionality outside of base.
