Backup & Restore app data type?

Hi, I am considering switching to Akaunting. If I purchase the Backup & Restore app what is the data format? Is it some type of plain text?(csv,json,xml)

Hi Joe,
Thank you for your interest in Akaunting. For only Data the format is Excel
For the Full Backup, it is the database SQL files.
