Cannot install app Receivables & Payables

Hello

I have local install of akauninting and I am trying to install the free app Receivables&Payables. Every time I try it gets stuck on installing. I tried changing the php version between 7.2 7.3 7.4 and still the same issue. Any idea how to solve or debug the issue?

Thank you for your help. Yes I did check the link. Php ver is 7.4 and I have tried with both 7.3 and 7.2 still the same. Proc_open and Proce_close are enabled I even checked with cpanel support to verify on the server that they are opened. Any other idea?
