Cannot Pay for Apps

It seems there is a problem and I cannot pay for apps. The form says the date is wrong even though its correct.

Hi Nick,

You wrong enter card expiry field. You should not clean space

'12/2020' not use it.
'12 / 2020' it is true.

Please test this format.

Hello I am seeming to have this exact problem a year later .. I am attempting to purchase the Sales/Purchase Order app and It is not accepting payment.
Please help
