Cannot purchase App

I am unable to purchase an app, when I put my card details and hit Pay now, the button loads for a while and nothing happens. I have tried to inspect the traffic it's returning the "The card expiry field is required." error although I have filled all the required inputs. Whe I inspect the payload I see the following
