I am a free user who uses the basic functions for my small businesses. I understand I'm not paying but any help is greatly appreciated as I am at loss now and have no chat support to turn to.
I updated my email address earlier and came across some troubles at updating the profile. I believe I had updated my role from "manager" to "owner", and after that, I have lost all access to my businesses.
I can still log in with my new email, and can go to the initial dashboard, but when I try to log into the individual businesses, I get a message that says "403 Forbidden Oops! Access Forbidden".
I have tried to change my login email back to my old email and I still cannot access my businesses. Please guide me how I may contact Akaunting to retrieve my admin rights of the companies back as I am the only user.
I have previous posted on forum, sent email, message in chat, even messaged on facebook for over a day with no replies.
Please help as all my accounting are inside this system.
This is super frustrating. Can the Akaunting team please at least respond to posts? If we need to pay to have our problems fixed please let me know. However with no replies, we are not sure we will even get attention to solve the problem even by paying.
