How should "Dynamic Document Notes" work?

I can't get the new long awaited app "Dynamic Document Notes" to work.

When choosing the account on the invoice creation/edit there is no change, import/showed information on the invoice...

Please advice!!!

Is this app not surposed to insert it's "template" (in settings - template - with variables) into the note on a new invoice ???
