Import Items Error 500

please , i fill item import sheet and i get error 500 internal , any useful solution , because we have hundread of items and it's very pain to record one by one .

i just bought double bookkeeping and inventory simple and try to import this simple item with no luck , just error pop up after choosing file and press import, i have alot of items to import it so painfull to put one by one , please find my import item sheet screen shoot , maybe i put something wrong any help
