Quickbooks app not importing most data

I'm trying to import from Quickbooks Online, and it connected up fine. However, I can't import any transactions. This is for a non profit so there's no invoices to import, but no transactions come in at all. When I import accounts they all come with a N/A balance. Vendors come in the same, and Bills don't come in at all. The only options I have for import are Chart of Accounts, Sales Taxes, products & services, Customers, Vendors, Invoices, and Bills. Bills are the most important, but it says "nothing to Sync" when I click on it.

What can I do about this? The manual import would be fine except the data is in the wrong format. If there's any tool to convert it that would work too.
