Quickbooks App not responsive

Hello,

I'm attempting to transfer my information from Quickbooks to Akaunting using the Quickbooks app. The "auth" button is not responsive and does not do anything when clicked, so I am unable to input the information relative to my Quickbooks account. I have disabled my ad block and VPN and still have not had any success.

Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. Do you know how to turn on Console in your browser, if you do not know please follow the instructions here:
https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/
and send us a screenshot from the console when you open the Quickbooks settings page so we can take a look at what makes this issue.

Thank you so much for the quick reply. I have taken a screenshot of the console info here https://imgur.com/DrJM6jT

I tried again, but after clicking the auth button and got a different result. Does this help you at all? https://imgur.com/mzG2rtO

It's still the same. All errors I see are related to socket-io and it can happen because you are using localhost but nothing related to the issue you have to can't click on Auth button :(

I suppose I'll give it a shot from some other computers and see if that somehow does the trick. I'm very grateful for your time and appreciate your effort to help me very much!
