I been trying to install Receivables & Payables Free Apps but don't seem work. Always stuck at 100% but never show installation is complete. What should I do?

Is there a work around for this, or a way to manually install apps?

I cannot see the widgets when I add a widget from the dashboard. I don't have any error messages and it seems to have been installed fine. The installation is in Digital Ocean. Once this is resolved, looking at several other apps, especially Double-entry, Inventory, and POS. Thanks.
