Zoho Books App

Hello
I have just added a second company to my connection. I would like to use the Zoho App to populate but when I try to download the app I get message " x --not able to download Zoho Books" help with this please.

Thanks for all your help, I think I have made an error somewhere, I wish to have 2 entities in my connection but it would appear that I have 2 separate connections. On my original connection I have 2 , Id # 108616 which I thought I had deleted and #62380 which is the one I use, and on a separate login I have #143284. Can I get #62380 and #143284 under the same login as I use the same apps with both, and delete #108616 or do I need to start all over again? Hope this all makes sense, my computer skills leave a little to be desired.
