Backup, recovery, migration

Hi all,

Not sure how to do this, but didn't see it. We're concerned about being able to backup and restore the company data in case of failure, and would feel more comfortable in that event. 

I realize it's possible to copy the directories and DB manually, but would definitely prefer a more automated solution.
