Bill to and ship to

Any idea how to show in invoice if bill to and ship to address is different of particular customer

This is actually not possible, since the system do not manage "Shipping".

You need to make a turnaround, and maybe place both address on the same address field like this:

BILL TO:
45, AVENUE ST
XXXXX
SHIP TO:
70, 5TH AVENUE
XXXXXX
