Budget App, I can provide what it needs to do

It would be important to have a budget app. If a developer is willing to create this, I can provide the business user needs, and show how it should work in order to be universally appealing, especially to small business owners. I have created reports that show what a business owner needs to see and I have 35 years experience as an entrepreneur. If anyone wants to create a budget app, and wants my input on what would be helpful, just let me know.
