Changing logo and items from left-side menu

Hi!

I am using Akaunting and I would like to change the word "akounting" next to the logo in the upper left side of the index. I have changed the image but it could be interesting to write there the name of my enterprise or something like that.

In addition I think that there are a lot of items in the left side menu that I do not use such as "App" "Banking" "reports" and I would like to erase them or to change it name..
