hello, i am IT Service provider and would like to know if there is any future plans to develop a help desk app. looking to have a Customer portal for them to see invoices, quotes, create tickets, knowledge base and so. thanks
It took a while but the Helpdesk App was released today:
Marcel, your app looks great! Big question: Does it have a web hook or similar that will allow it to accept tickets that come from an email? For example, my customer sends an email to support (at) helpdesk.com requesting a discount applied to their invoice. I need the app to watch that email address and to automatically create a ticket using the subject/body/attachments of the email. Thanks for your hard work.
Hi Scott. Currently this feature is not available but it is planned to be added very soon. Please check for new updates.
