Autoincrement of transaction numbers no longer working

After successfully updating from 3.0.10 to 3.0.11, transaction numbers when adding a new transaction under Banking/Transactions are no longer auto-incrementing. It has stopped at the last transaction number prior to the upgrade and I now have to manually update the transaction number field. This means I have to look before I enter a new transaction to see what the last transaction number is so I can then enter it manually.

I've tested clean installation and updated version, everything is works.

Please manual update transaction number on DB

Your 'setting' tables then search key="transaction.number_next" after upper this number.

While this seemed to fix it, the problem returned - and the only way of addressing it is by resetting the field in the database. I notice that this is actually more of a problem than it first appears, looking at the forum posts from Scott Carson - https://akaunting.com/forum/discussion/general/editing-transaction-number-has-already-been-taken

This continues to fail even after updating the next transaction manually in the database. It seems it is a bug that has been introduced somewhere. Happy to investigate the source of teh problem if anyone has any ideas.
