Custom Pages Quickly

Hi everybody!

I'd like to custom all the pages of Akaunting, change colors and texts... How can I do this using just a notepad? It's possible? Or just with Laravel Framework?

I'd like to remove the phrase "Christmas Sale: 30% DISCOUNT applied to all apps until December 25." for example
