Customer side of things

How or what should i use to make a Module that will be like a frontend page and Akaunting as the backend of the system. I have tried the Portal.php just to realise that it was made for Client who eneter the Akaunting. and when i try to make a Route that doesnt have a middleware it wont work so what steps should i take to make one
