ERRO AO FAZER LOGIN COM USUÁRIO NOVO

I have five companies. I created one user for each company.

But when I log in with the registered users, it returns me with an error of "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"

Any solution?

I noticed when I put the new user as admin the access gets normal. now when I create a new rule for the new user the error "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"
