Invoice payment validate on base of subtotal.

When i submmit the invoice total payment.its give me below error. Item sub total is $430.00 +  Shipping : $45.00 + $18:00. so Total amount is 499.00

I have set Tax and Shiiping on cart base not an item base. 
   
Error: Payment not added! The amount you entered passes the total: $430.00
