No Access-Control-Allow-Origin header

Hello all ;
I faced this issue when i try to connect the API from another distination (react)
I get this error :

from origin 'http://localhost:3000' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

I tried all modification and recommdantion to allow Access-Control-Allow-Origin *
