Paypal standard ignoring discounts and not marked as payed

Hi guys,

since the Version 3 (now using 3.0.2) The Paypal standard does not see a discount. Does not matter, if i give a discount on single positions or the whole bill.
If the customer wants to pay, there is always the price without all discounts.
Additionally, if the customer pays with paypal, the invoice is not marked as payed or anything other. I have to do it always manually. I remember this worked before update 3.

Is this all supposed to happen?
