Recurring

Hello, when i set cycle count for recurring, on each "recurring:check" count column does not decrease.
And i don't understand one thing, if 0 is means infinite, but when i will set 2 to count, according to the idea, it must decrease, does it mean that it will decrease to 0 and that would mean that it becomes infinite?

It doesn't decrease as it's calculated with the start date.
