Sharing invoice doesnt work

hi, I just tried to share a "paid" invoice with a customer but all it does is open the app in a new tab with the exact same page that I was on.
(open invoice, drop down "more Actions" Click "share" and it opens in new tab) but doesnt come up with an option to add an email or some other share choices

does anyone else have the same issue? is this a bug that needs fixing perhaps?

Hi Dotty,

Indeed, this is a issue. Do the following, and it would work.
Inside on your invoice, right-click on "Share" button.
Then choose "Copy link".

This will place on your clipboard the unsigned link that you customer can see..

Hello,

You should open the share link in a private/incognito window.

When I tried this it only opened the whole page again. The customer would have to log in to see the link I shared....
So this doesn't really work either.

I haven't tried incognito yet. Maybe that will make a difference

This share button is for user who doesn't has access.

If you are authenticated on Akaunting and has
Rights to view, edit.. etc.. it will definetely send you back to the same page.

Try to open from your phone, another browser or incognito mode.

This will work for sure!

I am using quite often to send short sms links.
